Family run B&B with one double bedroom.  "Meadow View" Static Holiday Home for weekly/short break rentals.   Both are in a semi rural location set in 2.5 acres of traditional Cornish countryside bordering both Cornwall and Devon and betwixt  Launceston [Lanson] and Tavistock. 

Close to the amenities of Launceston and good access to the A30 the town has  a Medieval Castle ruin, Museum and  Steam Railway. It also boasts numerous coffee shops using local grown produce and a varied selection of small independent retail establishments.

Within easy reach of the West and South coasts of Cornwall it makes an ideal touring base for major attractions which include Eden Project, Lanhydrock House, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Cotehill House to name but a few.

The cities of Plymouth, Exeter and Truro can be easily reached within less than an hour of our location.  Coastal towns in Cornwall include Looe, Polperro, Falmouth, Fowey, Mevigessey and Charleston. Spectacular beaches found in Crackington Haven, Widemouth Bay and Bude.

An ideal walker/rambler's paradise for both coastal and countryside walks and an abundance of wildlife to be seen and heard on both Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor.
